National Dutch Oven Gathering 2025 Schedule of Events
Tuesday, 10/21/25 and Wednesday, 10/22/25
• Set up and hang out with friends.
• Depending on how many of us are around we could do a potluck dinner or goof off and share snacks.
Thursday 10/23/25
• 12:00 to 3:00 PM
• Welcome Registration
• Check in – Gift Bags, Wristbands, Name tags, etc.
• Drop off State Baskets
• Sign up for Demonstrations and Classes
• Sign up for Adult Cook off and Youth Cook off
We need volunteers to help to set up tables and chairs and other miscellaneous chores.
Potluck Dinner @ 5:00 pm in the pavilion. All are welcome. Join in on the fellowship.
Friday 10/24/25

• 6:00 PM, Winners Announcement by Judges
Demo & Classes
• 9:30 to 11:00 AM, Dutch Oven 101 with Leslie Tennessen
• 9:30 to 11:00 AM, How to make a Clute Cooker with Dennis Clute
• 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Crocheting, Scrubby Pads with Leslie Lovett. Limited to 10 participants. Cost: $5.00 per entry.
• 1:00 to 3:00 PM, Lebanese Cooking with Sami Dahdal

• 9:00 AM, Youth Cook Off Meeting – 2 Pot Cook Off
• 9:30 AM, Youth Cook off Set Up and Prep

• 6:00 PM, Winners Announcement by Judges
Potluck Breakfast @ 9:30 AM in the Pavilion. All are Welcome.
Join us for a fun day. Make new friends and catch up on the good times with old ones.
• 1:00 to 3:00 PM, Lebanese Cooking with Sami Dahdal
• Silent Auction / Tickets, All Day
• State Baskets, Pick up baskets after 3:00 PM
